• Lead a team of UK Sellers • Develop and expand presence across the UK • Craft and implement a strategic go-to-market plan tailored to the unique needs of E&S clients across the UK • Take ownership of the growth strategy for the E&S business • Build and nurture strong relationships with key E&S clients and agency partners • Develop and implement measurement strategies based on key performance indicators • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities • Determine individual quotas and account lists for team members • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for the E&S sector • Maintain expertise in Spotify's advertising products and developments • Conduct independent market analysis to secure business opportunities specific to E&S • Own reporting and manage cross-functional partnerships for the region • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing • Represent Spotify's voice in the E&S sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • 10+ years of experience in the digital media space in the UK • 5+ years in managing a team in the UK • Ability to lead meetings with multiple senior partners • Strong relationships with marketers/clients across the UK • Alignment with Spotify's values and passion for Spotify products and marketing • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers • Extensive knowledge of performance marketing • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Deep knowledge of digital advertising buying and ad tech platforms • Competency in hiring, team building, and mentorship
• Some in-person meetings • Flexibility to work from home • Come into the London office 3 times per week
