• Are you passionate about crafting strategic initiatives, driving revenue, and amplifying brand presence? If so, Intelligent Change invites you to embark on an exciting journey as our Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing our marketing, sales and CX team. • Joining the Intelligent Change team means becoming part of a brand that is synonymous with quality, personal transformation, and exceptional customer experiences. • As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Intelligent Change, you'll be driving both our sales and marketing growth, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brand's global presence. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize sales performance, overseeing the daily management of sales operations, overseeing our product portfolio and product lifecycle management, driving our Go To Market planning, and owning our holistic marketing strategy across both digital and traditional channels. • With a keen focus on budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis, you'll drive measurable results and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact in the wellness industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles leading high-performing sales and marketing teams. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across diverse markets and channels. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies (including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing. • Prior experience in leveraging digital channels to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals, optimising sales and marketing spend to achieve optimal return on investment. • Prior experience in consumer brand marketing, preferably in the premium lifestyle or wellness industry. Understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the ability to create marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
