• The SaaS Sales VP is responsible for acquiring new customers for REalyse. • You will report to the Sales Director. • The Sales VP will contact, qualify, and negotiate with prospective REalyse customers across the United Kingdom. • Help REalyse achieve rapid sales growth. • Use background experience in real estate to understand problems faced by developers/investors/lenders. • Demonstrate REalyse products to prospective customers to illustrate product capabilities and identify matches to clients’ business needs. • Measured on monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Sell REalyse Platform and API solutions. • Build a sufficient sales pipeline from both marketing-generated and self-generated prospective opportunities. • Negotiate and execute customer contracts that meet both REalyse and customer needs. • Provide accurate new- and long-term pipeline and sales forecasts. • Learn and network within the wider commercial property market.
• Experience in prospecting and new business acquisition skills • Experience in selling PropTech SaaS platforms in the UK • Familiar with financial appraisals for residential development & investment • Experienced with site sourcing and viability assessment • Experience with investment/credit committees • Experience in doing online and in person demos of platforms as part of the sales cycle • Experience with contacting and negotiating with third parties and decision makers. • Strong organizational skills (Salesforce Experience welcome) • Ability to work independently and close deals • Confident in communicating with new people on complex topics. • Ability to thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture • Personal resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality • Proficient with desktop technology, including Microsoft Office • Ability to learn, or experience of using Salesforce as a key sales tool • Ability to travel up to 25% within in UK and be able to work in Central London. • Legal rights to live and work in the UK
