Description

• Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Ripjar is looking for a highly motivated VP of Sales to lead our global new business sales activities. The VP of Sales is an exciting opportunity, to take control of all new Data Fusion and Threat Investigations (Labyrinth Intelligence) sales activities and to grow and manage a quality sales team to maximise business revenue streams in key markets such as UK/EMEA, Australia and US. This position is integral for the exciting and aggressive growth plans we have for 2024 and beyond.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a VP or similar role • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques • Solid background selling complex Data Analytics or Decisioning software solutions across multiple verticals • Experience of working with Government contracts, beneficial if you have a prior or current clearance • Knowledge of Cyber Security • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills • Willingness to travel
