• As a Field Sales Representative, drive growth in the UK Health & Beauty segment. • Work prospects through the entire sales process, from leads to long-term customers. • Advocate for Qogita's mission, representing the company and providing tailored solutions. • Engage prospects and convert them into successful customers. • Research and forecast sales, and develop strategies to maximise opportunities. • Visit customers to assess their needs and ensure Qogita's offerings align with their goals. • Set sales targets and work to meet or exceed them. • Monitor competitors and analyse their strategies to strengthen Qogita’s position. • Build strong customer relationships and maintain records for a seamless experience. • Collect and analyse financial data to report metrics and provide insights.
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar role. Experience in the fragrance market, pharmaceutical industry, or beauty supply is a plus. • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and methodologies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer bases. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Analytical mindset with the ability to research market trends and competitor activities. • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and report outcomes. (Experience with Hubspot is a plus) • Willingness to travel 4 days a week to meet with customers and prospects.
