• Provide high-level support to the CEO • Plan and coordinate high-level meetings • Draft and manage legal documents • Act as a communication liaison • Coordinate travel and events • Handle sensitive information discreetly • Assist in project management • Maintain relationships with stakeholders • Manage the CEO’s calendar and daily activities • Assist in planning firm-wide initiatives
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role • Educated to degree level or equivalent • Exceptional organisational skills in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to handle confidential information • Proactive with managing priorities • Flexibility to travel internationally • Experience in a legal environment is advantageous • Fluency in Spanish desirable
