Description

• We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). • As the Executive Assistant and EA Team Support you will join an existing team of EAs and PAs supporting our leadership team. • Alongside supporting the CRO, you will also support other senior leaders in the company when needed as well as supporting general tasks on behalf of the EA team. • As our ideal candidate you will have exceptional communication skills, a knack for strategic initiative support, and the ability to seamlessly manage both administrative and complex project-related tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for Senior Leadership. • Proven expertise in managing a high-demand calendar, effectively prioritising and balancing competing requests with strategic focus. • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the CRO and the team. • Experience in a fast paced corporate environment preferably a high growth software or technology organisation. • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in office software and tools (G Suite, Zoom, Slack) and some invoicing tools. • Native level English a must with Spanish language skills are a plus. • Ability to travel between our European hubs (London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Barcelona, Berlin)
