Description
• Providing high quality EA / administrative support to VPs • Partner closely with other EAs • Positively contribute to making Deliveroo a great place to work
Requirements
• Manage diaries, including organising internal and external meetings • Ensure VPs feels well prepared for all interactions • Secure meeting rooms for meetings • Register guests with reception and welcome them • Arrange refreshments for meetings • Research and book travel and accommodation + visa applications • Book ground transportation including taxis • Arrange courier services • Process expenses • Raise purchase orders and process invoices • Maintain and update key documents • Support organisation of team events • Partner with various stakeholders for smooth operations • Provide ad hoc administrative support • Manage ad hoc projects/initiatives • Ensure compliance with key policies • Contribute to making the EA team a great place to work • Participate in social and ERG events
