• Join an exciting and dynamic investment team at Pantheon, providing vital administrative support. • Collaborate with administrators across global offices ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events. • Manage complex diaries, scheduling internal/external meetings. • Provide high-touch inbox management for Partners. • Organise team offsites and events, including international conferences. • Serve as the Lead Event Coordinator for high-profile infrastructure events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Planner desired). • A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. • Outstanding organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Experience providing administrative support to busy teams in financial services or consulting is highly preferred. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
