Description
• Provide administrative support to Head of Operations. • Manage calendars and schedule meetings. • Prepare and edit correspondence and reports. • Coordinate departmental events and training sessions. • Maintain organized files and records. • Conduct research to assist in decision-making. • Support project management and track progress. • Handle confidential information discreetly. • Assist in onboarding new employees.
Requirements
• Experience supporting C-Suite level or above. • Excellent organisation skills with high accuracy. • A can-do approach to tasks. • Strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. • Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust. • Confident in decision-making and identifying risks. • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
