Description

• Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to book sales appointments and grow revenue • Help to identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns • Utilise German language skills to drive sales growth and pipeline (across the DACH region) hand-in-hand with Account Executives, and the Global Head of Business Development • Research prospects and identify stakeholders to generate interest and create rapport • Follow a prescribed sales outreach cadence for maximum effectiveness • Achieve established activity targets for number of outbound calls / hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Prior hands-on experience in a quota-carrying position (SDR, BDR) • Previous experience in a SaaS company • Experience with outreach such as cold calling, emailing, and developing nurture campaigns • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, are able to coach others in this respect • Well organised and manage your time wisely • Previous experience in using marketing automation software (not obligatory, but preferred) • Highly motivated to learn, develop your sales skills and join a fast-growing company! • Speak English fluently • Speak German fluently
