• The New Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing and developing new industry relationships, partnerships, and clients in the Low Carbon & Renewables sector. • Establish new industry relationships, partnerships, and clients in the Energy sector at senior levels (including C-Level and Senior Leadership). • Expand the network and market reputation of our business. Solidify and strengthen our company status as a partner of choice to the Energy industry. • Commercial negotiation and execution of client contracts for the provision of recruitment and contracting services. Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Support tendering bids. • Attend industry conferences and networking events in the UK and internationally. Our client base will be international and face-to-face networking will be required to increase visibility, strengthen networks, and grow long-term relationships.
• A natural, high energy, pro-active and positive sales professional. • Successful track record in recruitment and business development. • Knowledge of the Low Carbon & Renewables / Energy industry is desired but not essential. • Demonstrable experience in establishing new client relationships. • Skilled at developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and to drive business growth. • Confident and inspiring leader. • Articulate speaker, keen listener and highly skilled negotiator. Commercially astute. • Exemplifies leadership qualities and best practices. • Goal-driven with strong time management ability. Organised and self-motivated. • Driving Licence holder. • University educated. • Willingness to travel for work in the UK, UAE and internationally.
• Uncapped Commission • Half Day Fridays
