• Reporting directly to the Head of Sales (Europe), the Business Development Manager will be focused on bringing in new business development • Consistently achieve sales targets by calling key decision-makers, presenting and selling products and services, managing the entire sales process, and aligning solutions to partners' needs • Provide feedback on industry trends, maintain CRM entries, serve as a point of contact for partners, and collaborate with other departments for a seamless partner experience • Foster a collaborative environment through face-to-face interactions and teamwork
• Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable • Strong hunter and relationship builder • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Curious mindset with a desire for continual growth and development • Bonus: Fluency in English and another language, experience in the beauty and wellness industry
