• Part of a high-performance sales culture • Owner of dedicated industry and first point of contact for prospects • Follow up and qualifying Sales Leads in Nordics and South Africa • Work closely with internal Marketing, Account Executives and industry experts • Conduct account/market planning and research • Set up outbound mailing & calling campaigns • Represent Mendix at industry events • Establish customer relationships with decision makers • Conduct regular handovers of opportunities with Account Executives
• 0-1 year of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales or a relevant BSc/MSc Degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English; skills in Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish are a plus • Excellent listeners and critical thinkers • Ambitious with a growth-mindset • Ability to work full-time
