Description

• Interactive Brokers provides trading access for institutional clients via multiple platforms. • First point of contact for client queries, including assistance with trading platforms. • Resolution of trade-related queries and escalation of high-level issues. • Relationship Management for key institutional clients and project management of platform enhancements. • Additional tasks include client training and market research.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX • Analytical problem-solver with a passion for technology and financial markets • Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus. • University degree or higher • At least 1-2 years experience, preferably in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution (less experienced candidates with a strong grasp of the core competencies will also be considered).
