Description
• Responsible for overseeing and optimising all sales operations processes • Tracking and reconciling retailer bonuses • Coordinating with third-party providers for system updates • Streamlining sales operations and improving customer satisfaction • Supporting the achievement of the company’s global sales objectives • Responsible for the reconciliation and payment of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to the retailer network • Supports the management of the Demo Programme • Responsible for ensuring internal fleet and prototype units registration and insurance • Manages the performance of sales operations • Supports with producing and publishing bulletins to the retailer network • Ensure the vehicle configuration of our order bank is up to date
Requirements
• Experience working within the automotive industry desired • Previous experience working within sales operations • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical skills and a process driven approach • Comfortable working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment • Ideally have some SAP experience
