Requirements
• Demonstrate exceptional customer handling, interpersonal and written communication skills • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment • Has 1-2 years experience in a similar client-facing, customer success role • Driven to deliver first-class service and exceed customer expectations • Ability to recognise and respond to multiple priorities • Have exceptional attention to detail
