Description
• The Automotive Sales Assistant role is a key business contributor whose primary role is to drive business growth via a customer and solution focused approach. • The role will be responsible for handling walk-in traffic and educating customers on Splends unique and industry leading products and managing a portfolio of existing customers.
Requirements
• You’ll have excellent customer service skills (2+yrs experience is perfect). • Be a highly effective communicator with the ability to work in a team and build rapport with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds. • Ability to persuasively present products, understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales. • Excellent time management skills. • You're tech savvy and have ability to pick up new systems quickly. • Eager to learn, grow and develop in a high growth scale up environment. • Great customer service skills with a customer outcome driven focus and approach. • Strong administrative capabilities. • A current and valid full UK drivers license. • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub. • Ability to work weekends as per roster.
