• Provide exceptional service to customers • Interact primarily over the phone to address inquiries and resolve problems • Utilize multiple systems to access customer information • Actively listen to identify customer needs and provide solutions • Take ownership of customer issues until resolution • Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures • Meet or exceed customer expectations • Recommend improvements to customer service processes • Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred • Experience with computer systems and software applications • Conflict resolution experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
