• The Account Manager is a key role within our agency • Excellent account handling skills and the confidence to manage the team and core projects on client accounts • Responsibilities within client business, working across a range of projects • Delivering exceptional educational programmes • Highly organised and forward thinking
• Manage timings and implementation of the account with confidence and accuracy • Client handling experience • Take responsibility for development of junior team members • Effective time management and planning • Strong presentation skills • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail • Understanding of end user needs (Patient, KOL, HCP, client) • Knowledge of Veeva
