Description

• This role is responsible for managing all aspects of operational delivery and client relationships for a portfolio of client locations. • Supported by a strong team, you will take a leading role in the contract’s success, including but not limited to; client engagement at a more senior level, supplier relationship management, owning all escalations and agreed reporting and action plans. • Responsible for the line management of others, you will see that all services are delivered to your clients’ agreed specification. • You also look beyond this to drive all opportunities to demonstrate Instant as a best in class, complete property solution.

Requirements

• Directly manage Account/Community Managers, ensuring clear objectives, timely completion of L&D, and effective HR management, including holiday cover and succession planning. • Ensure all facilities services meet specifications, SLAs, and reporting requirements, making necessary interventions. • Build strong relationships with suppliers, driving performance and addressing service issues proactively. • Monitor landlord services and tenant relationships, ensuring service charge obligations are met. • Maintain high visibility across your portfolio, actively improving the work environment and addressing feedback. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and H&S requirements, participating in scheduled calls. • Oversee successful site mobilisation and demobilisation, and collaborate effectively with Solutions Delivery and Property teams.
