• Lead our integration partnerships and manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships. • Oversee smooth integrations and drive revenue growth for Daxko and partners. • Maintain effective communication and collaboration for mutual success. • Identify and assess potential partners aligned with product roadmap. • Lead discovery calls and negotiate partnerships. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across product development, marketing, and sales. • Develop and implement strategies for partner program adoption and growth. • Create scalable processes for partner program success.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while driving long-term business goals. • Strong communication and negotiation abilities for clear and confident stakeholder exchanges. • Experienced in managing partner relationships, holding participants accountable for deliverables while maintaining positive connections. • Successful track record in managing partner renewals and growing revenue through participant engagement. • Demonstrated ability to produce effective business cases and GTM strategies for internal stakeholders. • Associate Degree or equivalent experience • At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management roles, with a focus on growing revenue through partner relationships • Prior experience in the fitness industry is a bonus
