Description

• Manage strategic accounts contributing to company income • Build and maintain consultative relationships with clients • Understand clients' markets and align solutions with needs • Identify new product opportunities for Key Account Executive • Anticipate client needs and manage project timelines • Measure and ensure success of assigned accounts • Report to Team Lead of Key Account Management

Requirements

• Demonstrates professional maturity and positive team contributions • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Analyzes data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions • Efficient performance with strong follow-through and results achievement • Self-motivated and self-directed with effective time management • Goal-oriented, organized team player • Skilled in having crucial conversations and managing tension • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure • Encourages and mentors teammates; capable of leading and training • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience • Two or more years in customer service or sales • Experience with Salesforce.com • Proficiency in at least one Daxko product
