•Be the Sales leader of the fastest-growing vertical at Contentsquare, cooperating with multiple stakeholders within the company including; Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and other operational business units •Conduct and implement comprehensive industry research and analysis and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy for the region •Establish and implement a strategic business plan to expand Contentsquare’s customer base and presence in the market. •Implement a hands-on sales approach to reach new logo targets and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. •Identify opportunities in the market based on customer feedback and team insights. •Collaborate with the local leadership team and the cross functional teams to optimize business impact in the UK.
•A proven track record in hiring & managing a high-performing enterprise sales team. •B2B Enterprise SaaS experience, ideally within FSI •Coaching Excellence: mentor & coach team members to support continued development and enhance the skills of the team. •Demonstrated experience and success in working in cross functional teams and geographies •You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to be the face of Contentsquare for internal and external events
