•You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our financial and real estate customers •Perform data analysis to inform product maintenance and development efforts, contributing to the overall improvement of our products and services •Directly engage with customers to assist and resolve their queries and requests promptly, triaging development requests where appropriate, and fostering effective communication and collaboration with our Commercial, Product, Science, and Technology teams •Enhance our customer loyalty by communicating product features and updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner across our suite of products •Responsibility for maintaining our library of content and documentation, ensuring information is up-to-date, easy to understand, and easy to use
•Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Understand customer needs and design tailored solutions using the SaaS products. Engage with customers during discovery sessions to gather requirements and create a customized solution architecture. •Product Demonstrations & PoC Management: Deliver product demos and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) environments to showcase the product's value. •Sales Proposal & Documentation Collaboration: Prepare and contribute to technical sections of sales proposals, including RFPs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs. •Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Be part of customer onboarding, success measure definition and management of the technical implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and integration. •Ongoing Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide continuous support, addressing technical issues post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction. •Customer Training & Relationship Building: Train customers on product usage and maintain strong relationships, ensuring long-term success and readiness for renewals or expansions. •High IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and great data analytics skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
