Description

• Proactively engages with and reaches out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers. • Utilizes customer information to support digital transformation. • Runs data workshops to align solutions with customer goals. • Drives pilots and moves customers to productive deployments. • Troubleshoots technical issues during implementation. • Identifies and escalates technical blockers. • Engages product and support teams to remediate blockers. • Guides customer strategy for future growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications. • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures. • Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, Database Technologies. • Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs or Programming.
