Description
• Become an expert understanding our customer needs and how our products will solve customer problems • Support pre-sales conversations by offering technical product advice in support of the sale • Work alongside partnerships and content teams to onboard new partners
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions, Pre-sales or Customer Success engineering, preferably in Enterprise software • Hands on technical experience in a software role • Strong communication skills, be comfortable negotiating with stakeholders and discussing problems and solutions • A commercial mindset and experience within an Enterprise SaaS / B2B setting • A strong desire to become the subject matter expert on our platform and available integrations • You’re a people person - you’re curious both from a customer and technical perspective, keen to develop solid working relationships to drive better outcomes for customers and the business • You’ll enjoy learning, teaching & sharing your experience with your colleagues in various ways
