Description
• Own overarching Anaplan strategic direction • Work with finance and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver Anaplan roadmap • Ensure day-to-day Anaplan is working as intended with clear communication • Understand business challenges and architect Anaplan to provide solutions • Contribute to financial planning initiatives • Lead and support Anaplan Architect and junior resources in delivering high-quality output • Influence FP&A processes and support technology transformation roadmap within Charlotte Tilbury
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or Finance, or a similar analytics related field • Anaplan Certification: Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner • Strong Anaplan design and implementation experience • Strong Financial Modelling Experience • Experience in forecasting and budgeting • Experience managing and coaching team members • Ability to manage stakeholders with competing priorities • Ability to think logically and methodically • Positive 'can-do' attitude • Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn • Highly organised and able to prioritize workload effectively within a scaling business
