• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored presentations and demonstrations that align with their business objectives. • Design and propose customized solutions that leverage Brandwatch’s platform capabilities to meet the unique needs of allocated region clients. • Maintain deep knowledge of Brandwatch’s product offerings, staying updated on the latest features and best practices, particularly in relation to the allocated market. • Engage with prospects through discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to highlight the value of Brandwatch’s solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, providing strategic insights and technical expertise. • Provide feedback to product management and marketing teams on the specific needs and trends within the allocated region, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies. • Educate sales teams on Brandwatch’s offerings, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients. • Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring that client expectations are met.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. • 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar role within the software or digital marketing industry. • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, social listening, digital marketing, and data analytics. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused solutions. • A deep commitment to understanding client needs and providing solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to creatively solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work effectively across teams, including sales, product management, and customer success.
