Description
• As the Marketing Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategies. • You will work closely with our new business sales team to support their prospecting efforts. • Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and cleanliness of our marketing data; identifying and sourcing new data to enhance our marketing and sales efforts. • Developing and implementing lead classification and scoring systems; designing lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel. • Managing the logistics and operations of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences. • Creating and maintaining sales enablement tools and collateral to support the sales team. • Developing compelling case studies that highlight the success of our platform and our customers. • Overseeing and implementing updates to our website to ensure it remains current, relevant, and engaging. • Organising and managing marketing files and assets to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in the education or technology sector. • Proficiency with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms. • Experience in B2B marketing, including lead nurturing and content creation. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong analytical skills, data-driven and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Experience with event planning and execution. • Strong organisational skills.
