• Own critical administrative, planning and communication aspects of managing PIC Operations • Assist PIC Operations in meeting business requirements by building and maintaining a network of internal stakeholders and co-ordinating deliverables for HR, Finance and other business areas as required • Support the COO and Head of Operations Business & Strategy Management in evolving, communicating and monitoring implementation of the Operations strategy • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, work openly and collaboratively with them • Facilitate effective communication across departments, co-ordinate monthly Operations Leadership meetings • Support the COO and Operations Leadership Team with the communication of information within PIC Operations • Responsibility for the successful running of PIC’s monthly Operating Committee
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to cultivate strong and trusted working relationships • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business • Experience of working in an Executive Office • Experience of working in an operations function, with an understanding of the components of the operating model (technology, data, processes) • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. • Proactivity: Takes initiative and is proactive in identifying and addressing challenges. • Collaboration: Works well with others and fosters a collaborative team environment. • Integrity: Builds and maintains trust by demonstrating reliability, dependability and transparency. • Intellectual curiosity: Quick learner, with an openness to learning about PIC’s business.
