• Responsible for managing and optimizing benefits and reward programs. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Analyze data to identify trends and measure program effectiveness.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in benefits and reward administration or a related HR role. • Proven experience in managing benefits and reward programs. • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and reward program best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to employees.
• Manage employee claims through the process, liaising with vendors PHI, Critical Illness and Life Assurance claims. • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits and reward options. • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communications about benefits and reward programs to employees.
