Description
• Assist in managing and coordinating clinical research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time. • Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards • Collect, process, and maintain accurate and complete study documentation and record, while ensuring data quality and integrity • Serve as the primary contact for study participants, providing information and support throughout the study duration. • Conduct informed consent processes and manage participant visits • Effectively communicate with study participants, team members, and external partners. • Handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism • Work closely with the research team to ensure the successful execution of research protocols • Support monitoring of study progress and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards. • Identify and address any issues or deviations. • Monitor key progress metrics to ensure adherence to protocols and timelines • Assist in the preparation of study reports, presentations, and publications
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, clinical research) • Knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic data capture (EDC) systems • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
