Description

• Efficiently and proactively implement client plans through utilising field resource • Support POS plans with ownership of issuing to field staff • Organise client accompaniments as and when required • Manage field staff schedules to ensure completion of calls • Daily communication with field and office staff • Manage the Staffing Queries inbox

Requirements

• Ability to react and provide solutions is critical to succeed • Can-do attitude, the role will never have 2 days the same • Be a people person and team player • Proficient at using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage reporting • Strong computer skills and able to pick up systems quickly • Ability to communicate areas that can be improved • Ability to work on your own, to problem solve, and great time management • Excellent communication skills • Ability to react and alter priorities as the need requires
