• Provide essential administrative support to Partners/Fee Earners in the Banking Team; • Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations; • Onboard new clients and adhere to compliance procedures; • Manage diaries and schedule meetings using Microsoft Outlook; • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle invoicing; • Maintain filing systems and assist with ISO, Health & Safety, Fire Warden tasks; • Provide proactive support across departments as required.
• Experience working as a PA in a professional services environment; • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Desirable: Experience using digital dictation software such as BigHand; Familiarity with document management systems; Knowledge of workplace Health & Safety and Fire Evacuation procedures.
• Part-time working arrangements include 2-3 days a week • Requires office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays
