Requirements

• Proven leadership: 5+ years of successful fleet management experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales, profit, and P&L goals. • Operational expertise: Experience managing large teams and complex operations in a fast-paced environment. • Data-driven decision-making: Strong analytical skills and a focus on using data to drive business outcomes. • Exceptional communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and inspire teams. • Multitasking and prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple departments, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively. • Technical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, FMS, and retail POS systems. • Customer-centric mindset: A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. • Team leadership: A proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
