Description
• Execute a wide range of operational tasks that enable learners to successfully complete their programme. These include working at pace and to a high standard to process and review apprentice end-point assessment materials, making exam bookings and issuing exam results • Audit and quality-assure data and documentation to ensure that they are accurate, consistent and aligned across systems, providing a single source of truth for learners and other key stakeholders • Investigate and resolve issues that arise with learners and employers, taking ownership for their rapid and satisfactory conclusion and communicating effectively with all stakeholders • Collaborate with internal teams including Delivery and Learner Enablement, as well as external assessment partners, to ensure that cross-functional activities are well planned, communicated and coordinated, ensuring a seamless journey and experience for apprentices • Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes and ways of working, helping the team to become more productive and provide a better service to learners and other stakeholders • Assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc reports, special projects and strategic initiatives as required
Requirements
• Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving attitude • Excellent prioritisation and time management • Passionate about processes and getting tasks done • Strong team player • Strong written communication skills • Previous experience of working in a time sensitive operations team
