Description
• Lead, coach, and develop SDR team to meet performance metrics. • Monitor and analyse SDR performance using KPIs. • Design and deliver ongoing training programs for SDRs. • Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to align activities with business objectives.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales or business development roles. • Strong track record of leading, coaching and mentoring SDRs to achieve high performance. • Excellent understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and qualification techniques. • The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics, identify trends, and adjust tactics to improve performance. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Familiarity with CRM systems (we use HubSpot). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
