Description
• Identify and engage potential customers within the UK • Assess relevance to Planday • Pass on customer needs to Account Executive Team • Lead generation through research, networking, and outreach • Build account lists and be the first point of contact for outbound sales efforts • Qualification of new prospects • Book meetings with potential customers • Create email campaigns and communicate business value • Maintain positive mindset as an adaptable team player • Ensure proactive learning approach
Requirements
• Professional fluency in English • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and enjoy working with a high level of activity • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly • A passion for sales with experience in a sales related role • The ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, curious, with evidence of overachievement • Willingness to learn core technology tools i.e. Salesforce, Lusha, Linkedin Sales Nav etc • Good time-management and organisational skills
