Description
•The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be focussed on outbound prospecting and converting leads into real opportunities. •This is an entry level role which will lead to either managing teams of SDR’s or to be an Account Executive. •The right person will have a brilliant verbal & written communication, good instinct for social media, and resilience.
Requirements
•No experience is required (it’s an entry level role), but some could be useful if you have it. •Strong verbal & written communication •A natural storyteller •Structured, organised and evidence driven •Entrepreneurial & self-starting •A strong sense of personal accountability •Coachable, self-improvement driven, always likes to be getting better, and hungry for knowledge •Ambitious for their personal career and progression. •Kind & have integrity
