Description
• The Pipeline and Proposal Manager will play a crucial role in supporting Zinc’s pipeline management and proposal development processes for US- and UK-funded development and security projects. • This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • The position will report to the Senior Director for Business Growth and Innovation and be based in London. • Responsibilities include proposal and pipeline management, BD knowledge management, and general support and oversight.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in international development, communications, business administration, or a related field. • At least 6 years’ experience in proposal coordination and management, proposal writing, or a related field. • Knowledge of procurement processes, including those of the UK FCDO, USAID, and/or DOS. • Experience working with key US and FCDO frameworks including the CSSF/ISF and USG MAS. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. • Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours to meet proposal deadlines. • Knowledge of communications and campaigning, media development, and/or information integrity is preferred.
