• Identify and develop new business opportunities. • Foster and maintain relationships with clients. • Create and implement strategic business development plans. • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demands.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a recruitment consultancy or related industry. • Strong understanding of the Renewable Energy or Sustainability market or a background in oil & gas. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also thriving independently. • Possess a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
