• Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on full-cycle sales. A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. You excel at time management, demonstrate unwavering discipline in follow-ups, and effectively utilise your CRM system to maximise your sales potential and consistently achieve excellence. • Strategic Lead Sourcing: Develop and implement targeted strategies for lead generation using both traditional and unconventional methods. • Exceeding Targets: Consistently exceed targets on a monthly basis. • CRM Proficiency: Keep meticulous records of leads and interactions in our CRM system ensuring a smooth transition from lead to prospect. Advanced experience and knowledge of working with Hubspot is essential. • Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless transition and client satisfaction. • Engage and Educate: Engage potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, video, voicenote, events) to educate them about Kamma’s solutions and their unique value. • Collaborative Team Play: Work in close synergy with the sales team, contributing innovative lead generation ideas and learning from collective strategies. • Continuous Development: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge. • Preparation Mastery: Prioritise in-depth prospect research and thorough call preparation to increase the effectiveness of sales engagements and accelerate deal closures.
