• Assist in identifying and generating qualified leads through various channels • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends • Carry out daily outreach activities and personalized communication to generate and progress leads • Present company products and services to leads effectively • Refine and manage the sales pipeline • Provide administrative support to the team including CRM management and proposal preparation
