• Identify and target potential clients, leading successful meetings and software demos. • Conduct pre-sales activities such as showcasing demos and implementing marketing strategies. • Understand client needs and design strategic solutions. • Manage the full sales cycle from contract negotiation to closure. • Actively participate in marketing events, webinars, and client activities to generate leads. • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and demo teams using a consultative approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling employee benefits and total rewards technology. • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to drive revenue growth. • Self-directed role managing time independently while building strong relationships. • Naturally curious with a love for thinking outside the box and leveraging data.
