• Actively engaging with leads generated through various marketing channels to understand their needs and offer potential solutions. • Proactively following up on leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. • Delivering sales pitches clearly and effectively, adjusting the message as necessary for different clients. • Collaborating with teams across the business to gather information and share insights. • Ensuring leads are properly informed about the unique selling points of our products and how FE fundinfo can support their objectives. • Monitoring the effectiveness of activities, channels, and messaging to optimize and automate follow-ups.

Requirements

• You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone. • You will have strong negotiation skills and the capability to handle rejection. • You should possess good organizational skills and attention to detail. • You need to be proficient with computers and CRM software. • You will benefit from prior experience in a telesales or outbound sales role.
