Description

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with strategic accounts, building connections from C-suite to operational levels. • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. • Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and increase usage. • Understand clients' business goals and develop strategic plans to support their success. • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive business outcomes. • Help shape the product offering based on customers’ needs and strategic plans. • Be hands-on in the daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery. • Lead the onboarding process for new strategic accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and integration. • Address operational challenges promptly to maintain high service standards. • Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and support teams to ensure client success. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions to clients. • Participate in internal meetings to provide client insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management within a strategic role • Strong understanding of business operations and hands-on experience in managing daily operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools. • A track record of overachieving target as an individual contributor • Entrepreneurial and motivated spirit with a hunger for new challenges • Good understanding of Open Banking and API technologies, trends and concepts • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
