Description
• Support the Head of Distribution Sales in identifying, developing and growing accounts • Strengthen relationships with key customers and their associated stakeholders • Identify customers Ohme should form a relationship with, prospect and convert customers • Ensure you are diligently developing sales pipelines with customers • Offer 10/10 customer service at all times • Work closely with the wider sales team & customer support team • Continuously improve and develop the efficiency of your own processes
Requirements
• Previous experience in a sales role • Comfortable cold-calling and generating new leads • Be comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations • Familiar with CRM systems and practices • Excellent communicator, both in writing and on the phone • Experience working with specific targets (and exceeding them) • A start-up/entrepreneurial mindset being able to adjust to change
