• Own local activation for 360 campaigns. Channels include: media & brand partnerships, events, tech partnerships, content, product marketing, social media. • Support in improving the mid-funnel demand generation. Converting website visitors into newsletter and email subscribers. • Work with Sales Leadership and extended sales teams to enable their success & be an advocate of the local needs towards the rest of the marketing team. • Lead PR strategy and manage the PR agency to generate high value coverage for Planday in the UK.
• Experience in managing upper funnel spend, aligned to targets while keeping things efficient • Proven track record of demand generation through a diverse set of digital & traditional channels, working in an integrated campaign framework • Good understanding of sales processes & experience working directly with sales • Experience with marketing & analytical platforms and software (GA4, Google Ads, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce) • Proactive and a self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial, analytical mindset • Has a good understanding of B2B SaaS business model • Team Player with strong interpersonal skills and a compelling communicator • Hospitality and Tech experience is considered a plus.
