• Working closely with the Head of Marketing • Responsible for developing and implementing campaigns that support client acquisition and revenue growth via all marketing channels both off and on-line • Lead multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate marketing-qualified leads and revenue opportunities • Collaborate with Heads of Sales to develop a comprehensive content strategy • Monitor, analyse and report on marketing activities • Manage the marketing budgets allocated to the different channels • Identify industry events and opportunities • Report on trends and competitive landscape within the target markets • Measure campaign results and recommend changes to improve performance
• 3-5 Years of experience in a B2B marketing position, ideally targeting Finance professionals (CFO, Treasurers, Financial Directors) • Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns from idea creation, development, and delivery • Ability to think both strategically, commercially, and practically • Advanced knowledge of CMS (WordPress), email marketing, HubSpot, and LinkedIn • A good understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta) • Analytical and creative mindset with numerical confidence • Excellent planning and organisational skills • Interested in the finance, FinTech and the cash management space • Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude • Strong communication skills • Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow processes • Self-motivated individual with a great sense of ownership and accountability • A team player, able to work collaboratively within the wider team, and not afraid of rolling-up their sleeves • Great work ethic • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment • Personable and friendly manner
